Sponsorship Form

You can use this sponsorship form for any kind of sponsored event. It includes space for names, addresses, and amounts and includes the option for people to 'Gift Aid' their donations.

Donation / Standing Order Form

This is the form to use if you or someone you know would like to make a one-off donation, or establish a standing order in aid of Headway Devon.

Corporate Support Leaflet

Companies which support charities benefit from happier employees and better reputations in their communities. A fundraising drive, sponsorship agreement, or donation could help to provide care support and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries in your area. This leaflet contains all the information you need to get your company fundraising.
