Return of popular Exmouth spring fayre
Headway Devon’s Spring Fayre and Coffee Morning will be back at the Open Door Centre on Church Street in Exmouth on Thursday 13th April!
The fayre will run from 10.30am-2.30pm and is open to all.
Centre manager, Diana Russell, says, “Our spring fayre is a regular event in our fundraising calendar and always goes down well with local people. As well as teas, coffees and delicious homemade cakes there will also be a second-hand stall and a fantastic charity raffle, which has a great range of prizes to win”.
“Events like this are a great way for us to raise funds for the centre and let people know about the vital work that is going on right here in the local community.”
This year there will also be a silent auction on an Electric Scream Scooter with a seat, an exciting addition to the day as one of the biggest & best prizes that the fayre has seen!
All funds raised at the fayre will be used to improve the services available to people with brain injuries through our day centre in Exmouth. The centre provides weekly support to people who have survived head injuries, stroke, brain tumour, meningitis and many other illnesses and accidents, but have been left facing difficulties and disabilities as a result.
