One-to-one outreach
Outreach is a one-to-one service supporting people with brain injuries in their own homes and communities.
Our specially trained Outreach workers are experienced in supporting people to access employment and education, providing help with housing issues, and supporting people with tasks such as budgeting and shopping.
Because every client is different, no outreach session is the same. In the past year, our staff have supported clients during fishing trips, on hospital visits, to attend college courses, and on social trips.
How to access our services
If you think that Headway Devon might be able to help you or someone you care for, it’s easy to make a referral.
