Solicitors conference in Exeter will support Headway Devon

Outer Temple Chambers will be holding their annual clinical negligence conference in Exeter and donating all proceeds from the event to Headway Devon.

The conference is scheduled to take place on Monday 18th June 2012 at the University of Exeter’s Peter Chalk Centre.

According to the organisers, the conference will be of interest to both specialist litigators in the field of clinical negligence as well as mainstream personal injury practitioners and is designed to bring delegates up to date with a range of important developments.

Topics to be covered during the day include Causation after Bailey; Article 2 Inquests; Coroners’ Reform; US Trial Presentation; De Puy hip implants; and NHS Outsourcing.

Outer Temple Chambers are making no profit from the event, instead donating the £25 registration fee to Headway Devon to support local people with brain injuries.
